Just have to be persistent. Problem is after a few weeks motivation drops and persistent isn't something you can do. Especially when a large part of it involves trawling jobsites. Long. All about the agencies anyway, sign up to as many as humanly possible =)

agencies are tricky. some try and fob you off with wack jobs.

also if you go direct to a firm you can usually get 1.5k more on your basic when negotiating.

True, but it doesn't hurt to have extra job opportunities thrown your way, as long as you don't get sucked into their sales pitch! not sure about getting more money when going direct thou, but sales jobs are different i suppose!
