Calender Event Removal

How do I remove events from the calender? I posted them on the wrong days. Durrrrrrr

i don't know how to add a single day event for any day but the day i'm on.

had to do a "range" event because it allows drop downs for dates then

You should be able to? When you add a single day event, the second box from the top allows you to type in the date? There's no dropdown for the date itself but you just type it in and bingo :)
