Man I have trouble sleeping EVERY night, I put it to being infront of a comp all day and watching TV etc.

To help I've decided I'm not gonna watch TV after 9 & read instead...

i have had that too,

i had 3 weeks off at the end of november and went into student sleep patterns. then came back to work where it is dead quiet over xmas and had the same problem. also been getting home from work and falling asleep then waking at 2am and staying up till about 6 then going to bed and then up to go to work at 8

its not a good look

yesterday was the first night where i got to bed at 11:30 and woke up at 6am this morning which is too early for me.

hoping its gonna get into check soon though

It's wierd because I am normally up at 9.30 at the latest during the week so its not even as if I am in bed all day lol

It is probably to do with not working I imagine.

In the time that I left school and was lookin for a job, I was always shattered even though I wasn't doing much, and my sleeping pattern was messed up.

As soon as I started work it was fine again.

Yeah my sleep pattern got fucked over christmas. got well to used to going to sleep drunk every night and sleeping all through the day.

still can't sleep till the early hours.

It is the worst thing not being able to sleep... especially if ur ill!

With me tho, i have real, real trouble getting to sleep... the more u think about it, the worse it gets... BUT... once i am asleep i cant get up at all! In the morning i am jus so physically exhausted.

Does anyone else get really messed up dreams aswel? Try the cheese b4 sleeping... works a treat! :mullet:

Yea GDS you know looking at that clock just gonna add to your stress levels! More stress = less chance of sleep. I've lost jobs from this, or rather not waking up through three alarm clocks and turning up late everyday. I've slept through the smoke alarm going off at 6am before, and it's right outside my room. lol.

Have you thought about taking 5-HTP. It's about £15 for 60 tablets. Its the precursor for making seratonin in your brain, which helps regulate mood and sleep patterns.

You can take it after you do pills to cancel out any chance of a come down (as pills use your seratonin up) Some ppl use it for depression, but only if they have the chemical inbalance kind.

I've been using it about 7 years for preventing comedowns. Its great stuff and i cant understand why more ppl dont use it...

holland and barret :) if you take one or two ( depending on how fucked you've been )when you get home, within an hour youre head will feel less fried, and you'll wake up the next day feelin fine. Obviously they cant stop you feeling tired if you've not slept for two days or something, but you shouldnt feel low or miserable. You can always take another the next night if you think you might need it.

yeah definately. i dont smoke weed right before i go to bed anymore, makes me think proper strange things and when i do finally get to sleep my dreams are mad as fuck!

I bought some Melatonin tabs but they gave me weird dreams so I've stopped taking them, they are supposed to be good helping you sleep tho apparently - I've got 100 if you want em Zon!

Quite possibly the worst film ever made.

After shrooming in Amsterdam we went to a coffee shop to get our heads together and they were showing it on the big screen. We'd got to that stage when all conversation completely runs out so we kinda had to watch it. I actually wanted to curl up into the foetal position and die.

Dumb and Dumber however is a genious film.
