...it starts with a strong opinion, and a message of unity for oxford dnb scene

...people post in agreement...

...people post other strong opinions..

...it's all good....

...all of a sudden, at the end, things get blown out of proportion for no apparent reason!

Why? not questioning the powers that be, I'd just like to know if I'm missing something here.

i deleted it dude!

i just felt that it served it's purpose and people may have started to make incorrect assumptions about people and situations becuase i posted it in the first place. i was just trying to promote peace and love and i'm not sure the thread was doing that bro :)

ok i see your point, i didnt realise you were getting bombarded with PMs and stuff. :o

but i did think that positive things were coming from it ... it wasn't getting bitchy at all (publicy anyway - as far as i could tell), yet it was making good points. as far as I know all the "who said what" stuff was outside FTB anyway.

but most people had read it so yeh, it probly had served it's purpose by now :-/
