I thought Joe Cole was man of the match, his dribbling was phenomenal.

Joe Cole was good, we lost shape when crouch and walcott came on.

This may make me an enemy, but walcott did nothing, one pass completed and one very wide shot on goal.

Beckham showed why he is the best crosser of a ball.

Crouches Goal was awesome

Our defence is slick, only wonder goals get past us.

Owen HArgreaves should be shot

Wouldn't say Walcott did nothing, he held his own and became the youngest player capped for England.

No, he didn't score a hat-trick but hopefully the match experience will stand him in good stead for the World Cup.

Where are all the Crouch haters? Thought he was one of our better players. Got a good touch, scored a good goal, and the celebration..... legendary.

totally disagree about walcott on his first two showings.

He has shown no reason why he should get into the squad ahead of Bent defoe johnson or ashton.

his first touch has not been good, so his second is a tackle which he usually loses.

However I will support him, and hope he lives up to potential in the world cup

Walcott's selection isn't the issue. He was chosen rightly or wrongly so it doesn't matter.

What matters is how he performs in the World Cup.

his selection is an issue if he flops

especially on performances at the world cup!

the 3rd was a good goal, the 2nd was a tap in, any decent striker should have been in that position, the 1st was due to the shitness of the defender and he missed a penalty, his hat trick flattered him

plus he looks like a tit when he dances

you've still got to score them and be in the righ place to score them, tap in or no tap in. Didn't see Owen scoring a hattrick...

That sounds like a column for a German football paper.

He's was wearing an England shirt and he scored a hat-trick.

Can we not just be pleased with a 6-0 win and look forward to Saturday?

I agree

he may have missed a penalty but got cocky. So he should have had 4!

Jamiaca were rubbish, but not many players get england hatricks

And his Dance is AWESOME

I thought we played well.

I'm still not entirely convinced that Gerrard and Lampard should play in the middle together against the strongest opposition but it does work well against weaker teams.

Michael Owen is a striker with a proven track record for scoring at the highest level.

His movement around the box to create space for himself is second to none.

Why Sven continues to play Owen Hargreaves is beyond me, he seemed 5 yards off the pace in the last few games, even when playing in what Sven called "his best position". I'd rather have Phil Neville in my squad tbh

He had the sense to drop Hargreaves for the last match tho.

Lamps and Gerrard still dont seem to gel, hopefully in Germany they'll come good.

who would you play together in the middle instead?

you're right about hargeaves, he shouldve been dropped TIME ago, pure shit. as for all this crouch hatin, why cant people just be thankful that we've got a forward who seems fairly on form. and anyone who has a dig at his dancing is a mug, its immaculate...

big up the robocrouch

I had my doubts but it's good to see him in the form he was in at Southampton as a proven free flowing goal scorer

yes he's a rake but if it's working, fuck it, big up the big man

he's big, he's red
his feet stick out the bed
he's peter crouch,
he's peter crouch

I dunno, it's tricky tbh.

You can't drop Gerrard he's too good and you can't drop Lampard because he bags so many goals.

I would be tempted to play Carrick and Gerrard in the centre together tbh.

Probably not gunna happen though.
