shortly source will be starting a dj competition so get your entry cds on the go.

i think the winner will get some slots up at the zodiac and maybe even a warmup gig at brookes, but i'll have to check that! also in the price will be free records etc, so it's not a bad one :]

i'll post more info when i get it but i thought i would let you guys know before anyone else as i would be delighted to see a FTB head win it.

that is a good question but i think ultimately it will be a warm up set so i'm not sure if tunes along the lines of morning light would be appropriate but i honestly don't know.. the idea is very much still in it's infancy so i will feed back when i've been made more aware of what the comp will be about. also mike, regarding your own stuff, do you mean your own productions becuase i am very keen on hearing what you have done.

good man.. i think the key here is to bear in mind the gigs will be warm up sessions and also two many anthems spoil the broth..

but i'll report back when i know excactly what the folks from the source are looking for :)
