They give some promoters bigger bills than others, they give some promoters bookings and not others, they don't realise that Oxford ain't as big as London and an artist being booked twice in a blue moon two days apart and two minutes drive apart causes major *issues* in the *working together not in competition* department...

I'm worried the Oxford scene is gonna implode mate! :(

look i might be a cynical mofo but alot of the time my thoughts are usually correct.... a million nights could work in oxford, but only on the proviso that all promoters talk to each other.. currently i get the idea that event-warz is about to kick off.. i bet stevie hyper d is turning in his grave...

1) i agreed, and displayed no mirth

2) i agreed, i believe the phrase I used was "...in danger of disappearing up it's own arse"

not alot i can do about it though - it's up to all you promoter types to agree things with each other!

maybe more promoters should come on ftb... and actually read it - unlike those who just pop in every now and then to post an add for their night then dissapear for a month :-/

well i've decided to go for slightly different djs with HQ.. not just liquid, but DJs who i (we) think would be interesting to watch/hear.. of course i'm not saying our night will be any better/worse and i'm not condemming any of the nights for booking the "usuals".. i like a party as much as the next guy/girl..

i really want HQ to be one of those nights where people might just hear some weird and wonderful track and thing to themselves... what the fuck was that!!?!?!?!?!

i'm so proud to have the likes of chris inperspective/breakage/equinox/senses playing. i know many of you may not have heard of these guys but please bear with me when i say they will really entertain you!

Yeah, I'm lucky in that I have access to the internet, but I am sharing a PC. This ain't mine [gutted!]
I guess my fellow promoters don't get online much.
God knows we encourage them!
