MAte I can so relate to this i had insomnia for years and there isnt much cure. Just try n knacker yourself out before you go to bed or dont go to bed till your falling asleep.
You can also roll a phat J but u might struggle to get up in the morning....!
All about being chilled out and not stressing at the time (so dont look at the clock however difficult) maybe read a book in the bath with a joint or sommat hehe.
You can get some stuff from boots to help you sleep thou for the hardcore stuff u need to go to your GP. Theres also a thing called sleep balm which is supposed to help but not tried it!
Does your nut in when you know you have a long day ahead!!!!

I get it bad as well sometimes. Had work on Monday and went to bed at midnight, woke up at 4AM and that was it, awake til the alarm went off. Needless to say I was wasted at work!
I don't get it all the time, but when I do it sucks. Reefers help but lack of them really messes my sleeping pattern up!

you know that. once you pop you just can't stop ! B)
the thing is i REALLY enjoy sleeping. I just can't seem to do it when i want to. which would be at night time preferably when everyone else is asleep.

i suffer from insomnia whenever i'm stressed, the best thing i found was to knacker yourself physically, like go to the gym or something, then you can't be kept awake at night through headfuck scenarios..
hope it helps mate,

I find it hard to sleep when I'm straight headed...
Most nights I fall asleep with the telly on...
...and subsequently get woken up by some noisy kids programme like them Nu Skool Muppets - the Hoobs or something! :D
Anyone watch Rise? That Iaiaiaian Lee gives me jokes! Especially after morning worship [a bong and Kamaflages newest in the headphones]... He's a fuckin whizz head I'm sure...

1. always try and go to sleep at the same time ach night
2. don't do anything which uses brain power for 45 minutes before you go to bed.. ie no computer
3. don't watch tv in bed, try and associate your bedroom with rest
4. avioid tea/coffee at night/evening
seen!

Innit!
Damn, I've been sleeping like a log though these last few nights.
I've just moved into a new flat and it's so much more comfortable than the last dive I lived in. That's probably why!
Pheeeew! I can properly chill when I get home now. I do like East Oxford but it's nice to move away from it's crowdedness!

I'm lucky in that I've only ever really got feelings of anxiety from coke.
A cheaper way for me to get the effect that coke gives *me* is to drink 2 litres of Coca Cola in five or six minutes.
Edgy, and everything is a bit bright. And I'm *even more* hyper.
It's a little bit cheaper as well.

never mix coke & the herb - *I* find that you get the worst effects of both if you mix them
smoke a spliff at the end of the night for sure, but don't use them both all night long
coke + alcohol all the way :) (if you can afford it!)
