Me ? I did a very small amount of candy at the week end and that was it literally. Haven't smoked for a few weeks I don't think.

Yep, because I could afford to drink more than the homeless, and some people drove me to it.

But thats in the past. Have to be a little more total now.

nightmare innit. you've been smoking i take it... try erm... nightnurse??? worked for me a while back. a couple of swigs of that and no more awakeness. also whisky helps to relax your head. i know you don't drink but a good slug of that stuff and you'll be asleep in no time at all.

hope you can get it sorted mate. at my worst i was seeing between 3.30am-5.30am ... every night!!!
