Right folks the time has come for the Mini Bus to be organised for the up coming Konection nite, held in Leicester.

I'm looking to hire a 16 seater Mini Bus this time, I have two drivers for the case, so it all depends who else is coming!?

Once I know who is definately coming, i'll be able to find out the cost, it should be bout £10 roughly!

nope. my suspicions are correct.. they are shuttign my office down in abingdon... FUCKERS!

so my options are thus...

1. take a redundancy of about £7,000
2. relocate to banbury and earn an extra £3,000 a year
3. relocate to birmingham and earn an extra £7,500 a year

i guess you've just gotta think what you wanna do with yourself. could be good to kick back with the £7,000 and get some serious tune writing going... whilst looking for other work of course and making sure that you do actually write some tunes!!! it's easy to simply watch the days drift by.

But the thing is with relocating, would you be prepared to move house? If not then i'd say that birmingham would be out of the question. Banbury's not too far away but it's still a mission from Witney...

I'm sure that there are loads of sales type jobs you could get. you'll just have to start paying you're phone bill if you leave ;)

Relocating is always gonna be a bummer, but you might have to. What Raw says bout taking redundency & looking for another Job could be a good option... then again you don't wanna not have a another Job to go to. Tough one specially with Brum Job being alot more money...Keep us posted mate, don't want ya disappearing off the face of the earth.

personally i think id go for the 7 grand pay rise, or maye thats cos i dont earn spectacularly good money as yet.

Birmingham [in my experience] is quite stressful, although you've got Music First and Que Club etc, but Banbury still means you'll be representing the region strong!
