Ox Clever

That’s ‘Local Music For Local Heads’, but, like its predecessor, this is packed with artists built for pricking ears far beyond their native Oxford. From the warm lyrical jousting of Evolucian to the with and wisdom of, er, The Wise, it’s quality fare all the way - but we’ll leave it to Chima to sum up the ethos of this encore: ‘Its the Chima from the Ox and I’m proud/where mad Colleges and knowledge abound/but that ain’t the only thing Oxford’s about/we get the party poppin’ properly, wow!’
