mikee knows i'm just jesting... remember bass frequencies are lower the slower a record is played, which is why i always prefer to hear tunes at 172-175 rather than 180+

makes every one dance faster, i dunno... kind of a psycological thing i guess

most of the "pros" i work with play around +2/+3 as to avoid "quartz lock syndrone"

I think I average around +5 +6 but I mean it depends what style your playing or what you play. I play a lot of rollin jump up sh*t so like it a bit faster but I mean don't usually get over +8, only if putting over an old jungle trackfor the bassline or something but even that usually I don't need !!
