I saw that Heavy TV the other day and was reminded of a show I used to watch when I was about 11 or 12 on Def II, BBC2 after the Fresh Prince was first running!

MC Normski presented it and he used to have live PA's by people like Liquid ['Sweet Harmony'] and viewers could send in there own homemade rave music videos!

This was running when I first was getting myself an unhealthy Hardcore habit!

Forgot totally about it until I saw Normski on Channel 4...

Flashback!

Man, he's like middle aged now though! :D

Remember he used to be so hyper!

yes i rememer that, i never really got what he was on aotu or whatever. i think is was too young to comprehend his gangster talk, and the underground scene in general

but i can always remember watching the fresh prince with my sister, and normski would be on after!

Yeah, for real...I remember this! :D I used to watch this religously, it reminded me when I was watching that Heavy TV programme...I wondered what he was doing now! Seem's alot more chilled now though..:lol:

He does some late night talk show on ITV now.

Saw him MCing at Ministry at Knebworth, summer before last.

I ain't heard a lot of him on the mic but what I have heard was all good...

I got a One In The Jungle tape from 95 with him and Gerald tearing it...
