Guys I've got a load of forms to fill out for my colleagues appraisals and I need to answer the following questions, without identifying myself, which means comments have to be fairly generalised. Pretty much everyone I work is organised and professional; there are no problems and we all get on well. Any examples of typical corp-talk would be great, otherwise I'm gonna be saying the same thing for everyone! These comments are read to staff during their appraisal btw.
Eg. xxxx is committed to the success of the team and works well with others
Questions I have to answer are:
Overall, how would you describe this person's contribution to your project/team/business area?
What did they do really well, that they should continue to do?
What could they do differently, that would improve their performance in the future?
