Last time i saw them (about a year ago) they played a massively jump up commercial breaks set. Think freestylers. Loads of people loved it, I just like chin stroking

I hope for the sake of the promoter's dignity it's busy - 1,000+ punters is one hell of a target...

Last day of exams @ brookes + regal + poncy students
Likely to be busy but yea, 1000 is one hell of an optimistic target!

Yes they play the more obvious tunes but get the crowd rocking. Every night we booked them in bristol and swansea always had good numbers through the door. Oxford will be hard work i'm guessing. Prove me wrong though will be interesting to know.

Maybe.
Big ups to the EDMS lot for their promotional efforts. I've seen nothing but posters, fliers and internet promos for this event all over Cowley, Headington and Brookes Uni.
Though it clashes with another big student night at the academy, they could still both do well with it being the last day of exams for Brookes.

bit of friendly advice tho, doing phone boxes and stuff is a bit risky, your gamble

Sam has been doing promotion every hour of every day for the past 2 to three weeks.
Fairplay to him. And apart from that silly message on the other thread I think he deserves his night to go really well and bet it will.
I'll definitely be there. Big up Sam!

Was just on my way home and got accosted by the Confidential boys so popped along to this. The venue is really impressive, but it's fucking massive! Like ridiculously big. I didn't stay for too long because I was already more than drunk enough but their set was good. No idea how many people were there when I left but it looked like it was starting to get busier.
