on the fish tip, other than tuna steak (which is nice with garlic mayo btw), try some mackrell or salmon... wrap in tin foil to retain the moisture.

Also, for afters, wrap up a banana in tin foil with loads of demerara sugar and leave for a while to cook... then unwrap in a dish with a splodge of ice cream and coconut sprinkles. mmmmm

Lush chinese marinate:

Soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chilli, honey / sugar, lemon juice and a touch of water.

REALLY nice on steak

You can wrap a whole salmon in newspaper, then dunk it in a bucket of water and shove that straight on a hot BBQ for 30 mins.
When its cooked as you peel off the paper all the skin will fall off aswell :)

If you're still in B-ton, DO NOT start a disposable one in the Pavillion Gardens, we got fined and asked to move away with the lit BBQ!!! Love taking those down the beach tho!

Best idea = get some salmon or some kind of fresh fish, get loads of veg (Peppers, onion, garlic, pak choi, part-boiled potatoes etc - plus some chopped fresh ginger) and wrap up all of this plus the fish in foil, add soy sauce and seal well - chuck on the BBQ - not for too long - open package and consume! :)
