Crews for Cowards

Crews, clans, possees, cliques, gangs...

It's okay to belong to crews if it means working with other groups but shouldn't people promote their individual names more than their crew name?

Especially in the Garage scene...

At the end of the day - friends fall out!

good points but collectives can work very well....

and also being under a brand can help you progress..

however certain people can get bigger than their own crew and then demand to go it alone...

some friends fall out..
others remain friends for life..

We're a bunch of jokers and we'll always say Method etc but it has always been more just mates etc ! Not even anything to do with mixing. We've got mates who we just chill with or have been round to sets and we set them a task to be part of our crew and play about really !!

Plus it's good for everyone sometimes to be able to say, yeah I'm part of a crew, you feel welcomed. We're good not bad by the way !! We don't all have guns, just a few of us !!

4th Dimension Crew !! Now they're the boys to watch !! Were in the crowd at Park End !!

The promoter fucked up on that, and I did warn him that would happen if you just put Mikee Merge 'n' C & Fearless Crew on publicity. Jokes! :D

When I was nipper (well...about 14) I was in the BTKA (born to kick arse :D ) crew!!!

Yes we were well into hip hop and yes we consisted of about 8 lads from the mean streets of Newbury :)
