Did anyone hear Zane lowes show last night. He had Fabio on for a bit doing the "underground" thing. They played C&S Smash T.V. Anyone heard?? proper off the hook. It's the best thing I've heard these posh boys playing rude boys do in a very fucking long time. Hit the link for the listen again

I just so bored with everything that I've not bothered even listening for new tunes at the moment. So this is out then?
edit: Just heard the e.p. shame that smash t.v is the only good track on there. I think i'll hit it up on a DL

Tune of the EP, then music club imo, the others aren't really that good at all.
Smash tv is the closest thing they've made to the ten tonne sound. Now THAT was an EP!

all about music club on this ep
i think they are sort of taking the pendulum route but in a much more respectable way. they are keeping their music grimey and up to date, not playing guitars on stage dressed as goths........
they'l keep producing the goods

the tune with plan b is odd
i like the actual guitar/plan b bit, then it drops into dnb cheese, like pendulum tunes & loses any connection with the intro apart from "i remember when I used to feel something" which I think is about an old man who can get it up anymore.
don't think the tune is an original track either where it's without the dnb element, otherwise i'm sure it'd be very well liked in the charts.

I was actually surprised I liked this EP, I think the only track on there I wasn't too keen on was Music Club. I hope they produce some more quality rollers like the Ten Tonne EP, deffo at the best with those type of tracks imo.

I wonder which road they'll go down. The tenn tonne dark roller style or the
In love/hurt you/take me away (which are all basically the same tune) style.
Hopefully not the latter. It'd be cool if they kept making both.

Innit, I totally agree, I hope they do make both styles, I like the vocal tunes like In Love & Hurt You, Streetlife, not really keen on Take Me Away though.
That Ten Tonne EP has to be one of my favourite EPs, i'm still caining it these days and will be for a long while I think

shutup mikee, pieces is bad, all about droppin other tunes into it
the tune with kano is bad as fuck, needs radio play
yeah 10 ton ep is one of the best, some filthy tunes on it. i dont recon theyl be doin much more of this style tbh, favouring the more commercial dnb sound
