See I think London Electricity would be worth it still though, as you only have to check out the Billion Dollar Gravy Album to find out plenty of tunes with Energy...ok a different type of Energy then say Andy C or someone would bring,...but they'd work well as part of a night.. i'm chatting to brillo about getting more local guys going the warm up slot or something. the zodiac will be running from 10-4 in the new year so there will certainly be more scope to try and get people invovled. i'll speak to him and feed back the response in the next few weeks m'kay :]

Personally I think the likes of Grooverider and Fabio, Marky, Andy, Ed and Optical and Hype have been cained to death at Source over the last 4 years.

One of my most favoritest Sources of late was Doc Scott.

1) Because it had been ages since the guy had played at Source and
2) because you dont see him play out that much lateley anymore so it felt like a bit of a treat.

I'd really love to see Randall down there again, he blew it up proper one time when Ed and Optical did a no-show.

Digital always gets my ass shaking with his rub-a-dub bizniss.

A Valve do at Brookes would be simply orgasmic.

I appeciate it must be a tough call on who to book cos you have to have a half sensible "name" there to pull a crowd but basically it would be exciting to see either some talented up and comings, or someone who hasn't played there before ( I can think of loads ) and not the same old faces which keep on re-appearing

Be quality if Brillo, does start selecting some of the Local up- & comings, specially seeing as the liscense is changing in 2004! :)

get ready for a line up which isn't akin to the source's you have grown to know and expect... i can't say much until it's confirmed but i will say if it pulls off the artists in question have never played a source before so it will be a little treat indeed.

ie. Source is Timeless or Turbo Jam is Mixed Futures etc...

brillo chooses the line ups for brookes but becuase the size of the venue is three times that of the zodiac, the artists may have to be slightly more "main stream" than at the zodiac :]
