Some fucker has managed to hack into my account and put some fucked up picture as my sig.

Sorry to anyone who has to look at this for this and any previous posts but i don't know how to sort it out. I've changed my password and sig pic but its still posting with the following on. Admin, plse help and find out which unfunny cunt did this.
