Rumpshaker DnB @ Park End ~ 28th November

[MIKEE HUSSLA]

Rumpshaker has been in a battle to get Funky House out of Room 3 in Park End for a while now and it has now been given a 2 week trial to prove that Drum & Bass is a worthy replacement. Starting on the 28th of October and continuing with the following Friday this is the opportunity to get this as a weekly or regular thing. DJ's for the first week have been confirmed (see below) as well as Juicy and myself for week 2 of the trial but Rumpshaker is also looking for 1 more DJ to fill the slot on Friday 5th December. If you're interested in this then please contact Jonny on 07950592211. Make sure you're there, the support will be greatly appreciated and also for DJ's if these 2 nights can get filled (in Room 3) then this could be a long term benifit for those who wish to have a set there. Line Up below with set times. :D

CHEW LAY > 10:00 ~ 11:20
MIKEE HUSSLA > 11:20 ~ 12:40
JOHNE BRAVO > 12:40 ~ 2:00

Not necessarily but I have put suggestions in on these 2 line ups so far and I think they're good. Chew Lay I have seen play well and hgave chatted to him at a fe wthings recently so put his name forward.

Well I made it into work today for some overtime !!

Big up the crews that reached this one including: Vyper, Raw, Melodize, Juicy, Playa, Merge, Bravo, Easty, Liebo, Jonny B, Dave (work!), Angelique, Chew Lay, his sister and crew, of course Jibba (nice to meet yo mate), Gibbons plus more (sorry I bet I've forgotten some)

Was a good rinseout, I mean I know for a fact that would of been better than a usual Funky House room there so things I guess are looking good.

I'm gonna tell Playa that we need maybe another speaker in there running off the amp or something because the volume needs to be a little more. Plus as it is by the end of each night we do the Gain's are right up which makes the sound fucked !!

Plus maybe until we get the volume sorted out a little more the mc's may have to be limited to more of a host than a rinseout set.

Those are just ideas anyway !!

Recorded the night but for some reason the mc's haven't come up on the recording but it's sounds alright so will try to get the sets up or something or onto CD.

My last tune was sick !! Sorry but it gets a release Monday and it come through the post yesterday morning and I'm loving it completely !! Plus if anyone gets the chance to get the Moonraker tune, buy it !! On Human Imprint and is pure quality !!

Anyway, will comment further when at work Monday
