lol at the number of press photographers in every picture desperate to get some kind of violent shot. The vast majority of protesters are peaceful and non-violent, not sure if that can be said of the f'king scores of police

Yeah, let us smash up RBS so that we have to pay to get the building fixed.

At least smash up a bank that isn't owned by the tax payer you fucking tools.

?

A few people I know went on the stop the climate change/CND one and said it there was hardly any trouble. Maybe you bumped into the European masked anarchists? lol

All the photos of the Royal bank of scotland have one person doing damage surrounded by hundreds of photographers.

yeah its funny RBS was the only building not to be boarded up AND also happens to be the company with the most public interest in it because of Sir Fred!!

I saw a female poh poh catch a step ladder on the nose on sky news, quite funny.

On the news they divided the crowd into 3 types; actual protesters, people watching, and people wanting to ruck.

Why are people dismissed as idiots for thinking channeling stupid amounts of money into banks (with a proven track record for failiure and) with little or no audit of where that money is going/gone is wrong?

Thats fucking murder or at the very least unlawful killing and I bet you no fucker takes the rap for it. Typical police behaviour. Take a closer look at the video footage in the link and stop it at 1:25, where they've slowed down the footage so you can see whats going on, the pig in riot gear that pushed tomlinson has NO FUCKING SHOULDER NUMBERS ON. This is a direct contravention for police code and conduct. He'll get away with it!

FUCKING PIGS

City of London police is separate from the met, quite interesting that the borough of the city of london is pretty much a separate state. From wiki-wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_of_LondonWiki ): "The City is not one of the 32 London boroughs. It is governed by the City of London Corporation, which has some unusual responsibilities for a local authority, such as being the police authority for the City. It also has responsibilities and ownerships beyond the City's boundaries."

Its basically on the same flex as Washington DC and the Vatican State.

There have been reports of lavish scientology seminars and functions which officers from the City of London have attended, which is a bit weird! the police have to declare any gifts received so you can seek it out if you give a shiote.

That's disgusting. Totally unprovoked from that clip. I really hope that if that is the whole story that prosecutions are bought.

Not really relevent though. You can believe in big fairies sat on the tops of clouds for all I care, it's got nothing to do with your conduct at work imo.

he should be shot

i'd never walk that close to a group of pigs, with bats, and dogs and let alone with my back turned.

Agreed, it just clouds things when you mix up one argument with this conspiracy gubbins...

Shocking video though.

haha im not saying its a conspiricy, i'm just saying the City of London police is different from the Met, i should have said they have a duty to serve business as business outweighs public residents heavily, which is relevant, saying about scientology was a weak attempt to cajole the celeb-chasers haha. City of London police were the ones who arrested harry redknapp etc. The City of London is very has an interesting history, which is worth reading up on

yeah that was dark too, she's either a very small woman or a little girl! its too scary that to old bill are covering their shoulder numbers. The balaclavad killer of tomlinson is meant to be getting a manslaughter charge last i saw.

who's a small woman? I'm confused. the guy gets belted hard with a shield with no provocation. If people end up getting brain haemmorhages from hard punches, that could do the same.. They seriously need to fix up and stop treating climate change protestors as football hooligans, there is just no need.

Anyone who was at the protests in London knows how authoritarian the police were in their behaviour - they kettled all the protesters in and didn't allow anyone to leave for a significant period of time, even if they needed to go to the toilet. If you pen a large number of people in to a small area for a significant period of time wtf do you think will happen!?

Thank fuck for phone cameras or everyone would still hold the same attitude as it seems a number of people on here do, which is that protesters are generally always in the wrong
