hi there, as you probably know, HQ is moving to a Saturday night in 2004...

our dates are tentatively placed as:-

Sat 6th Feb
Sat 5th March

and every 4 weeks thereafter. . . .

i would very grateful if we could all hook up and talk dates so we don't clash and impede etc.

source dates are..

fri 30th jan
fri 27th feb

i hope this helps you guys out..

So at 1 point you will probably clash with everyone on a saturday throughout a 3 month or 6 month period ?

to my knowledge no night actually has a set date. i think they just go with what is available to them, i know that is what nicky does.. just need to check with john e and the formula guys.

to be fair HQ is pretty much self sufficient [over 50% of the attendees travel from afar] so i'm not sure if a clash is a major issue especially as the cellar is a small venue compared to the other places.

but it will be nice to communicate with all and work something out.

well hq is only 150.. i wouldn't do anything bigger in oxford..

hq is just run by us lot for our mates really, it's not a money making entity or anything like that.
