I've been trying to get hold of a trackname for absolutely ages and I am not 100% certain but I think this is it !!

Fucking sick and afraid has more bounce to the ounce than your regular tune but the bass behind it etc is insane.

If anyone can get some audio for this it would be most appreciated, plus I could confirm it 100% !!

It was dropped at Global Gathering, Hype's set and was the sixth tune. He puts the Nine over it (which doesn't do that much for it!!).

I know the rack you mean, I think you correct with wot tune it is, heavy track, was played a few times @ the Weekender! ;D

It didn't get rinsed too much at OneNation. Think I heard it once or twice. Will undoubtadely be an anthem but I just want it now before everyone's on about it if you know what I mean !!

By the time it gets released it'll be "Oh yeah, that's been rinsed hard" etc !!

Love the tune. I went mad at OneNation cos I'd been looking out for the tune all night. I personaly thought it had a more Hazard/Zinc feel to it !! Zinc because of the way he made Ska is the similar poac set with this one. Pure bounce-up !!

So Shy Fx - Number 1 is not Shy Fx NUmber 1 it is Who Runs Tings [2003] remix ? And merge has a copy ?

Please read post and understand why I got so bloody confused.

I was on about Number 1 and Merge and Manik were going on about Who Run Tings etc which was Murderation !!

Don't underestimate me, I knew what I was talkking about, I just remembered this post when I was on about Number 1 now it's been promo'd !!

nah its cool, they're your 'saftey net' tunes - if you cant find the tune you wnat and runnin outta time, drop one of these! Dillinja tracks are good for that too

If you want to and you're on an intro they're quick and easy to fire in and double drop or as samas said, can be used a s a "get out of jail" card!!

I can put in long drawn out mixes but personally the quick fire, keep everyone going, fast mixing approach ismore my thing.

I do like putting a tune in the mix though and then going to say grab a couple of biscuits from downstairs etc !!
