i'd have a large ganja plantation. That would be a quality present, you'd be able to make it a little businss out of it supplying amsterdams finest coffeeshops lol and more importantly would never run out of weed!

Either that or a yacht. Thou prolly not too useful living nowhere near the sea. still would make wicked party venue! (and i could rent it out too)
