Clipz isn't all that at mixing.

Listened to his set from OneNation today (8th Nov) and it's not very good !!

Bryan G on the other hand & Ed Rush AND Hazard is playing some fucking horrible toons !!

That ain't the point!

No DJs are good at mixing!

The only DJ's I actually rate in terms of mixing ability are the turntablists like Craze, Cash Money etc...

Clipz, Ed Rush, Mampi, Rider, Andy C are all just boring in the mix.

PERSONALLY!!

Sorry to offend all you "I like two choons playing at the same time" double-dropping-maniacs!

I think in basic terms eg who can find the right speed oof the next record the quickest. u can't relly fault andy c or swift. Even if u dont like their style they still are excellent dj's. So even if u say i dont rate them, to say they are no good at mixin is like. .. .. .. utter shit ;) lol

Well I saw a DMC champion from Japan warm up for Q Bert and he could NOT mix drum and bass. Because he was a "turntablist" who put most effort ito scratching and juggling.

Now the people who can mix the best maybe are people in proogressive house etc as timing needs to be perfection etc

Drum n Bass isn't the hardest to mix but you do your best from it which Andy C, Markey etc do.

So how do you mix DnB and if it's not good enough fro you why don't you just mix something else ?

But then I suppose I just think what is 'mixing drum 'n' bass' meant to sound like?

Who makes the rules round here?

How long is a piece of string business! :badteeth:

Mikee, the other day at a session I mentioned Andy C was shit, and the eyes could have cut concrete lol.

To say he is shit might be a bit strong, but like - he never does anything fucking wicked. simple as.

DnB Awards:
BEST DJ:

2004: Andy C
2005: Andy C
2006: Andy C

please no, somebody fucking win it!

I probably seem two-faced in some ways....

I shook his hand and congratulated him...

I think what he does is fucking wicked! Simple....

As an up n coming I'm jealous of how these 'names' get all the attention I guess. They don't really do anything we can't do.

The production is the thing which gets my respect....
