...the hell do you change files from Read Only to normal again?

If you take a bunch of pictures from a CD to your C Drive they remain Read Only!

What's the deeeeeal?!!

Surely you can Save As then it shouldn't be Read Only ??

right click, properties, you should be able to tick or untick 'Read only'
