BARAKA @ The Coven NYE

Just to let everyone know that Baraka (without doubt Oxfords finest underground night) will be hosting a NYE celebration, trust me i don't even like psy-trance but this night tears up everything else in Oxford by a long long long way. They really know how to run a night. Those familiar with the coven won't even recognise the place after it has had the full Baraka decor. Tickets availbel from the usual outlets priced @ £10 plus booking fee, the bar has a late license till 4am and the club stays open until six. Trust me go along and you wont be dissaointed by this night no matter what kind of music you play or listen to.

and besides the genres are completely seperate... it's not like that many d&b heads would frequent baraka and we certainly do not have any unwashed dogs on strings goa freaks at hq.

you lot chat a hell of a lot of shit, i bet none of you have even been down to Baraka, I've been to most of the depth charge events over the past 5 years 'cause I have been promoting for Dougie a bit. Trust me nothing even comes clsoe to baraka....they have hippie stalls selling laughing gas, magic mushies clothes etc, they have designated chill out areas with Hooka's and then to top it all off they get in VJ's, live projections, full fucking decor not just a few shitty banners and cam nets, Baraka cover every single inch of the building with Decor, thye also have live P.A's on most of their nights (the only live P.A I have seen at depth Charge was rareform and fair enough it was good but it's nothing new Know what I mean???) You lot just go down there with an open mind and you really will be surprised, I mean who else in Oxford does live web broadcasts of thier nights???? I am a junglist trhough and through, i love it man but this night is so far ahead of everyone else in terms of hard work and dedication its untrue. Plus the atmosphere is electric no violence no attitude every one is there to have a good time know what i mean....The last thing is that fact that you don't have to deal with those dickhead bouncers at The Cellar, for me they ruin what could be a really good venue.....either way big up HQ and all that lot for keeping it real we need as many nights in oxford as we can ...............P.S- You are right Manik Baraka take the piss over posters and i have talked to them about it enough but that is just the way they do it sorry mate try calling them yourself on 07808 117495 and then have it out with them, but to be quite honest you won't get too far ......Laters
