Flat share - room to rent

Okay so Vyper and myself share a flat, and we're looking for another person to share wiv us in the new year. :D

Not sure what to say about our pad except errr its a good size room in a flat in Botley, close to shops, bus stop, town etc, oh and we're sound people lol.

As long as you're working full time (and can get a reference from your job), love drum n bass, know how to chill, but know how to party as well then we'll be happy.
Bills are on top of rent im afraid.... and arrive randomly (it would seem!) so we do need someone a little tiny bit sensible (so dealers and pimps are deffo out of the question lol) Its not a complete madhouse cos we work in the week, but deffo want someone who'll be happy chillin wiv us in the evenings or out having it at the weekends :lol:

...and don't forget that the phone line in that room has been broadband enabled so you can get a subscription to a broadband service without having to wait for the line to get activated!

(it used to be my room ages ago that's how I know!)
