Booking Mike Emergencee or Lady Blaze

How do I go about booking one of these two for a rave some time in February and what sort of rates are we talking about.

Really rate Lady Blaze, would like her to MC at one of our parties. Saw Mike Emergencee on Saturday at Expression and had a shit hot set
