Andy C defeated at the Matrix!!!

Well, went to the Matrix last night for the RAM xmas special....had a phat time with coombz, carly, and the one like matty s, and BIGUPS to the girl who matty met on pyro who gave us a lift there and back!!! B) B) B)

However....the decks / needle skipping was so bad throughout the night that alot of the DJs were mashing up their mixes, and Andy C actually gave up after half and hour!!! :huh: :huh: :blink:

It was a wicked night nonetheless - if you ever have any doubts as to how phat DnB is, just go raving again :D :P

pity bout the set-up, but from what I've heard the Matrix and especially Bassheads has totally gone down hill innit? after that shooting incident I'mnot suprised...

Mankular mate, I don't think the venue itself was crap at all, I quite like it there...but i do agree about the pikeys and crews of townies who just stand there with their pints...can't even rave properly...they belong in ParkEnd or summit <_<

and as for the system...well clearly they were some problems :rolleyes:

in fact my new years resolution is simply to go to more jungle events - especially Compund, HQ and other oxford nights as I havn't been to many of them at all so far B) :)

the venue is ok... i think they have a limiter though.. shame...

garrr limiters suck, the music started off quite quiet, but it got louder as the night went on...i think each DJ turned it up a bit when they got on :)

it never got really bangin tho, but we make up for it at the matrix by taking up position next to the right hand speaker...dunno why - crew tradition :rolleyes:
