Freq Nasty makes some wicked tunes ! There's a tune called Goose by Freq Nasty which has a kind of flat beat style and sounds heavy on a loud system ! ;)

I chatted with the guy a few months ago too just as he was finishing a one world recording at BBC maida vale. He's as sound as you like - natty dreads too!

I THAUGHT BREAKS WERE THE BEATS YOU GET ON SCRATCH SAMPLES.

Friday.
Also Aim played a live set.
Cause for Concern also make breakz from time to
time, Phat cap is just 1 of their tunes.
