i cant log in - H E L P ! ! !

hi , its me again , your favorite "i-have-a-problem-guy". someone has deleted my thread here while i was waiting for answer ( i guess , of the same person who had deleted it ) but no matter now ,as i have much more serious problem: i can't log in to my account and read a mail . instead everytime i try i have a msg "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /hivemail on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "
this is quite frustrating , as i have only this account (yep , i trust you guys : ). please , tell what i can do with it as soon as possible . thank you

Erm, bit of a problem here, hivemail has been disabled on the host because it was eating up system resources :(

I'll try and sort it out (maybe move server) but for the moment, it will be inaccessible.

please do what you can . im copletlely paralyzed at the moment (it's been a few days now) and hoping everyday that you'll make it work . btw. am i the only person who is having problem with this mail ? or maybe i am the only one who has mail account here on FTB ? sorry for making such a noise , but this is CRITICAL for me at the moment . please do it ASAP , thanks -dude
