Is the FTB e-mail account dead?

Please help me! I soley rely on my FTB e-mail addy right now and it keeps saying:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /hivemail on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
