glasto is still TBC mate.. eavis needs to convince the council that it's a go-er.

all the scallies couldn't get in last year due to the "uber-fence" so what did they do? went on a spree in the nearest hamlet!

the buggers!

he's offered to pay for cctv and extra police though, what a nice chap he is

I'm going to be at all the festivals again as I was last year and the year before!

I was the PR girl in the black cat suit workin for the MAD mountain bike stunt team at Homelands so not 2 much ravin got done :(

EEK - Did anyone see me behaving very badly on stage at Gatecrasher (whipping off my top whilst dancing at front right of stage and then snogging Patife, no jokes ugh), and on stage again at global (vegged out sat front left against wall eatin malteasers). The summer festivals were fun!

I can see some more mini bus bizniz! Chris we need fundraising events to buy one!

homelands is on the cards for me i feel. wasn't impressed by creamfields when i went a few years ago. it didn't help that my mate got his hat nicked off him on the bus on the way back to liverpool!

plus homelands is much easier to get to and from (providing it doesn't sheet down with rain like it did a few years ago!

Ive been doing festivals since 96 they're starting to get a bit samey.

Big Love and Tribal Gathering were the best. Used to do them. Then in comes Homelands, then there was Creamfields, then GCSS, then GKGG (and this isnt mentioning. V, tea in the park, glastonbury, essential festival (brighton, london, bristol etc)

Each year i end up doing less -last year i just did GKGG -worth it for helterskleter outdoors i say :D Apparently Valve got turned down and was dissapointment at where ever they played so gonna stick with global. And end of july, you got more chance of sunshine!!!!

i can remember going to an event back in the day and it was a lovely licenced outdoor event...... the council still had not granted the licence on the day of the event but it was all set up and stuff like that... the police said the event could start but with no licence..

all i can remember was the MCing shouting that they haven't got the licence and that it was no an illegal event

the system must have shot up to be 3 times louder at least!

so big up perception!

I'm up for doing them all again I think!!! Really unsure bout Creamfileds though, doubt it...definately Gatecrasher Summer Sound System, Global Gathering, Homelands maybe...I wouldn't mind doing Glastonbury if it's on this year!?

Lets hope we have better weather for the festivals this year!

not really aimed at you hun :)

just for the record i probably have as many house tunes as drum&bass tunes! however i only like real house music, none of this judge jules and lisa lashes cheese!

GCSSS was about 1/2 full.. as was homelands...

it just goes to show corporate clubbing is dying... and it's going to happen to the drum&bass scene just as soon as the majors start getting itchy with their cheque books, just look at the backlash at shy fx..

i didn't go to GKGG and I can't remember why not, I went the year before and had a blinding time!!

for me the best of the lot is always homelands... it's a quality production and this year didn't disapoint especially with Carl Cox dropping "Chime" at sunset... what memories :)
