1.What Raves were you going to?

Slammin Vinyl, Cocoshebeen, Dreamscape (last few), Matrix (bassheads???) in Reading and Adrenalin.

2.Which Producers

Ray Keith, Zinc, Phantasy, Frenzic, Breakbeat Era, Andy C et al, Bad Company, Brockie and Ed Solo.

3.Which MCs?

Fearless, Det, Stevie A, Eversen Allen, Junior Red.

I was still doing helter skelter and the local dnb nites but also a lot of hardhouse, house n trance. DNB Djs were probably still my faves from the prev.years -need to look for my flyers and see where i was at. Hype kenny ken zinc. Fearless mc mc gq on the mc front. I started doing flashback at the q club, as well as sundissential &gatecrasher.

4.What did you do during the summer?
probably a lot of drugs. i turned 20 that summer but have no idea what i did.

5.What was your favourite tune?
no idea i was still a raver foremost and I cant separate the years so easily!

6.What has changed in the inbetween years?
I feel i have a proper love for dnb now, even thou i loved it then its a more grown up love :D Also i finally got off my backside and learnt to mix. :funk:

Yea definitely its a sound i've grown up with and its still changing its a huge genre.

i was 17/18 and only just starting to get into dance music, before that i was a proper indie/grunge kid, then i saw the light! was briefly into gayrage *hides head in shame* before trance, then i met the mighty DJ Raw at uni just as i got my first budget decks and he turned me into the dnb head i am today! yeah i reckon i'll always love dnb, but that does depend on what directions and forms it has taken in 5 years time!

1. used to get dragged to movement & dekefex @ mass & 1 nation by my mates weren't that into it but none of my mates liked hip hop and done my first pills. Going to the opening night @ fabric was good.
