Problems with vinyl in the post!

Ok, so I've got some pre-orders from red eye due and they have been due for about a week now.

Thing is I still haven't got them after I got the confirming e-mail saying they were packed and shipped. The e-mail went in my junk inbox now its been deleted and I can't find the customer code.

Not sure if this is Red Eye or the postal services fault that its taking so long.

Any ideas? Should I wait or contact the royal mail/red eye? Can the royal mail help in any way without a code?

yeah i waited 3 months to get my promo copy of floodlight from doa. I phoned them up and royal mail had lost it, so they sent a new one down.

I've just had an e-mail off redeye and they haven't sent them out yet coz they're pre-orders. One on its way now so they're gonna come in dribs n drabs...

Oxford is apparently the worst for royal mail deliveries throughout the country. According to the local newspaper.
