The last few times i've heard Hype, he hasn't really bothered with scratching in his sets...perhaps he's leaving it to the new boys...ie Madcap

Hype knows that I think now but still sticks to smashing it with wicked sets

Madcaps playing *other* tunes.
I like that.
Hype just plays all the same old best sellers like so many other 'names'... :o

when hype played in maidenhead and me and trespass were on after him,
needless to say jack decided to scratch over hypes last tune. then hype went and did some scratching himself , then jack stepped up again and blew him out the water ..
hype was really nice about it and gave it the " i better let you boys carry on " but yes he got served.

Madcap is clearly better, purely because he plays better tunes IMO.
Rage (KeenFM) is better than both of them at scratching.

Not really that fussed about scratching over dnb.
It's cool every now and then.
I'd take good mixing over scratching any day.

For some reason i've gone right off scratchin over drum n bass... I think what could be done with that sound has been... the last pioneer being marky.
Some of craze's older sets were incredible, but now he is probably my least favourite Dj in the whole scene.
The tunes are just too technical now me reckons...would love to catch Fu though, i hear nothing but good things.
