we've been considering getting a lodger for a while now... however it might night come about becuase a) the nature of our work means we come and go at stupid times and it might be unfair on other people.... and B) for tax purposes it might be a bit of a head ache...
but it does seem weird having a spare double bedroom just sitting there.

if i have someone living at our place.. i would have to pay income tax on the rent it generates..
i'm looking into what the going rate is for a room in my neck of the woods though..
it's a nice double room in a modern cotswold stone town house.

Anyway back on track, I am now looking for a place to
move in to around may time. I have my money arriving next week and want to leave it a few
weeks to get my finances in order, but I will definately be needing somewhere. I found a
nice little annexe in wolvercote, but living on my own would be well dull. I'd prefer to
get a place in Oxford but anywhere in the surrounding areas would be sweet.
Anything
up to 60p/w is affordable on my part. If anyone can help drop me a PM.
Ta x
