Seems like people are feeling Kash & Verb. If anyone fancies booking them I've got a good contact. Give me an email if you want it on whosaidjazz@hotmail.com

Shadow is hiphop pure and simple, just slightly different to the normal interpretation of hiphop whereby there has to be an MC.

when endtroducing came out many moons ago, it was always filed in the break beat section.

Mo wax is a label that i thought satrted the whole "trip hop" thing.

rogue

i think 'triphop' was what journalists labelled music by shadow and similar artists etc under becuase they didnt feel confident putting it under the 'hiphop' banner.

That must be why he has respect from all types of music lovers from across the world. I think you forgot to add IMO after your sentence!

Shadow is so different from the normal definitions of hip hop that he asks to be classed in a genre of his own.

i think Shadow would definitely refer to himself as hiphop more than any other genre!
