Yo phil & coombz how did the event go after I left? Despite playing house music on this particular night, i thought the system and setup itself was pretty sweet.

Unfortunately there was a few peeps present who were part of the group of collective scum who hated on me at 6th form.
As far as I can tell it was because:
1) I went out with youknow who - they didn't
2) I went to private school beforehand

But, like I said, other than that it was alright. I'll probly go again sumtime if they keep it up, and definately if phil or frost get's a set! Bring the jungle :D

Phil I know you get on with certain people that I dont.

I'm talking about ppl like Simon Davies etc my grudge with him runs sooo deep.........since before I knew coombz even.

Okay fine - so I was having a rant. Sue me.

erm...I know he went to St Birinis and i think Didcot 6th form after that. Dunno mate where's carterton?

It's quite a common name i'd have thought - there's probly loads of Simon Davies about (i think that's his name).

Yeah they should have it every week - it looked like it worked well.

In a way it's annoying that it attracts the exact group of people I personally don't want to associate with :-/

I phoned Lippy the day after the FUNKTION event. He told me that the event was hosted on the Wednesday cos they didn't want to risk a new type of dance music night on the premium saturday/friday night slot because it was too big a risk.

Everyone listen up - they usually play pop yeah, but just this once they played hard house and drum n bass, Lippy tells me that the dance night made THREE TIMES MORE MONEY on a WEDNESDAY NIGHT than the average takings of a POP FRIDAY. Hear that boys!!!!?

And So... No more FUNKTION for three weeks, then it will be REPLACING the usual shit on the saturday night. The hardhouse will still be going down courtesy of DJ Lippy and mates, but lippy tells me that the drum n bass is going to carry on too. That Marcus geeza from oxford was playing last time and he probably will next time, but lippy says if I turn up with a bag of tunes he'll give me 45mins-1Hour. It will be very FUCKING EASY to get overkill down too as Lippy has been a good mate of mine for 7 years and he trusts me when I say I know a good DJ when I see one (HEAR one!).

Nuff said.
Will post details when the event will be held.
Respect All Feelthebass members!

Phil mate you should ask Lippy et al if we could run an exlusive erm..."service" once in a while  B)

I know most ppl there will be sorted for whateva but I'm sure every now and then I could bring something along which might get ppl's attention ;-)

In fact it wouldn't matter if I wasn't there, as someone else who knows that crowd better (you for instance :-) ?!) could take care of biz on the ground

However, should this be the case then I rekon it should be cleared with the people it needs to be cleared with first, it makes it easier and less risky, you know.
