I'm considering cancelling the event due to low funds and a new house! Just trying to get a general, rough idea on interest and attendance! B)

£4, but I think i'm going to have to call it a day right now, my doctorate is caning all my cash, a text book costs £25! And I do want to have some free money when I move in to my new house! :)

it'd be a shame to cancel it, but if you don't feel confident that you can pull the crowd then it's a wise move cos the zodiac ain't a cheap venue to hire!

the problem with bankholidays is that loadsa ppl head to brum/london to make most of the monday off work, so think tis always gonna be difficult!

But it all depends on money for me...

To be honest Gem, I doubt your even get 100 peeps through the door, ive only seen it promoted 'a bit' on this forum, and that's it! :o

Your definately be outta pocket getting Raskal & Klone & hiring the Zodiac, with not a lot of advertising!...:( I think it'll be best to post pone it till a later date, in which time your have time to promote it alot better, and make money rather then break even or lose $$$$

That's my opinion anyways, hope it goes well, if you do go ahead with it next weekend! :D

I thought that was about week 6 for da students... with exams in weeks 8-10

it depends if their academic year is run on a termly or semester basis... but there are usually plenty of coursework

but with high contrast on the night before as well & homelands & park end/ movement on the weekend before then most ravers will probably be very broke/ tired & could be looking for a quiet one infront of the tv. :o :D
