I know it was only the Jam Factory but I was just checking out the pictures from Break Convention and remembered what a good party vibe we had going on and how everyone had a good night. Nice atmosphere too with simply local DJ's rinsing wicked sets.

Also, it was pretty much Ram ! !

What do you all think ? :huh: ;)

That crowd was made up of people who came for a drum and bass night which was not over the top in any way with big DJ's etc. Going back to basics with underground sounds from Oxford.

can you name one oxford d&b night which IS over the top?

Not necessarily over the top but I mean because it's just local DJ's it brought a good atmosphere and you didn't have people there just because it's say Nicky Blackmarket for example ! !

oh for sure...

that'w what we wanna do with the new HQ nights... bring a different strain to oxford... although i want to book DJs who have never played in oxford.. right now... i'm thinking maybe Danny C for the 1st one.. what do you think?

To be honest, It was a wicked vibe man. When I played out there at BC5 I was actually pretty suprised!- There were alot more peeps there than what I expected there to be, that's one thing! Also it was generally quite banging!
