fucking awful

that "smack my bitch" up sample has not been worked on, the tune is pretty dull and I mean, this is from a producer who I know full well can smack it production wise??

Sounds like a pretty basic track, then the sample is looped over at a stupid point in the tune to make it sound like a joke !! Something you'd bag from HTFR for a pisstake

eg. I bought an ALI G garage/dnb remix vinyl for fun

Yet Pendulum must have spent more than 5 minutes on the flip with their remix clearly and done well

I'd be vexed if I was the XL label owner, also if I was Prodigy I wouldn't be too happy either.

Pendulum have done a good job with voodoo pepole, but sub focus rmx of smack my bitch up is poor for a producer of his potential

I think the Subfocus one probably took more time to make than the Pendulum one if it’s up for questioning as there are more intricate switch ups etc in it

The Pendulum one is pretty much a standard Pendulum banger, works on the floor but I don’t think a huge incredible amount of effort went into making it as it doesn’t really change much throughout the track

The Voodoo People rmx is no more than a heavy metal tune with the samples in. But is still good, love playin it + does the bizniz, much like the Smack My Bitch Up rmx. IMO.
