Thought it was another good night. Caught the later end of Hussla & Cautions set which was good and bigup hussla for playin Oneels 'Skank Funk' which sounded really good on the F1...

Thought next 2 up DJ Fink and some other bloke sort of spoilt the vibe a bit with some poor mixing and tune selection.......Digtal era played a good set as usual.....think they pretty much know what sort of shit goes down well in the coven.

Dett came on during D.E and pumped up the crowd a bit....shame Hype didn't turn till 2:45 or summin?!!!.....think he played about half an hour.

Looking forward to this october thing in a couple of weeks....going by last nights crowd i'm sure it will be packed to the sides....(i hope they install air con by then :badteeth: )

Had a really good night, was still hanging from the night before and feeling a little delicate but just about managed to soldier through despite the place being so rammed and hot

Hype really smacked it when he came on, thought his mixing was mad tight and he played a load of bits I hadn't heard before which I thought were pretty heavy

Sound system sounded crisp, loud and sharp as usual, the Coven rig really is something else when pushed

Nice to see a load of familiar faces in there (and a few familiar ugly mugs outside at the end too, haha).

Looking forward to the next one now

yeah wicked night!! but was asked to work the bar at like ten 2 ten and couldnt really say no but got to finish at 1.30 and went for it! and managed to to get to wrecked in the time left!!
thought caution & hussla rocked it and digital era were dropping some heavy tunes just as i finshed.. wasnt as hot as the other week at brockie but groovrider will be like a sauna. till then

- and apologies to everyone on behalf of KINETIC for HYPE's late arrival. it couldn't be helped. we did keep the club open till 3:15 so he go just over 40 mins to play... on a more positive note, he loved the rig and will be back before the year is out, on a bill bigger than October's...
Hope to see all the old faces + more for Grooverider on the 1st... you all know u'd be gutted to miss it so watch out for advance tickes available at the end of the week.
Air con is en route but is unlikely to be in for october unfortunatly. however i will be investing in a number of water cooled fans.
till then peeps, safe as nuts, and appreation to all kinetic ravers.
