Hello all,

I've been a bit quiet as of late but not without good reason! I am now pleased to announce the birth of FTB Self Broadcast - a cool new service that lets you broadcast yourself on the net AT ANY TIME, TO ANYONE.

So those of you that have decks in your room or wherever, with a PC nearby, simply hook your decks up to your PC, hook your PC up to the web, point yourself at FTB and give us a few details, and you're ready to go!

Check the front page of the site for full details of FTB Self Broadcast.

Other new features are in develoment too - watch this space :)

Cheers, and happy broadcasting!

Ceedee

A few questions!

Is there any time limited as to how long a man can broadcast?

Can you broadcast at any time or do you have to a schedule time?

Can we can do a broadcast directly from our site (our visitors can click on a link on our site and hear us live and direct)?

As far as archive streaming is concerned is there any limit as to how much space we can have in your archives (if we want to keep some pre recorded sessions online)?

Can we have direct links from our web-site to these audio achieves?

Hi dude :)

Answers to your questions in order!

1) No time limit

2) Yes you can, there's no schedule to keep to

3) Yes you can, as long as keep us updated as to what the IP address of the source computer is

4) These streams won't be archived but if you want to submit them afterwards then I'll put them in the archive if there's space

5) Yes you can, but you must credit FTB alongside the direct link if the stream is hosted on FTB, like:

"Listen to our mix by clicking on http://feelthebass.co.uk/yourmix.rm - DnB Archives only on FEELTHEBASS.CO.UK, the 24hr Drum n Bass community"

Any more questions, let me know! Boh!
