ok I'll attempt an explanation...

go to edit your sig, obviously, then wherever you want the picture, type:

(img)in here put the url of the picture(/img)


but you have to use square brackets not round ones - [ ] not ( )

the picture has to be online somewhere though or you can't do it! :)
