the VB coding on ere

Hello guys...

Does anyone on ere know how the links work on ere? I know this is the same website structure and coding as DOA (DOA members will know) and so technically...the [IMG] coding I have in my signature should work, resulting in my picture showing up...but all I seem to see is a link...

how come? Do I need to do something different?

try uploading the pic to imageshack and trying again?!?!

Yeah...thats what I did...put the link in between the [IMG] tagging...weird!!

Is the image you're trying to display a .bmp? Sometimes bitmaps won't work, has to be jpeg.

gif or jpgs mate. there is a limit too so be careful with size. I've noticed on the Hip hop board it always comes up with a link rather than image if thats what you mean. this can be disabled in vbulletin back control panel if one of the mods can sort it out. Or just add to you sig instead then it does work.

Few of my mates have this problem.
